:: about
I am born in the month of nov (sagittarius) on a tiger year so go figure my age.

Spent half my life in Singapore & half in Toronto thus slightly confused but not quite full blown identity crisis yet.

I'm into sailing, salsa, skydiving, beaches, spas, fast cars (duh!), hot girls (dbl duh!), sleep, partying, drinking, & driving (not together). The list goes on, epic fantasy books by Robert Jordan, Raymond E. Feist & Terry Goodkind. Sci-fi shows like Star Trek, Star Wars, Battlestar Galactica, & Stargate.

I can't stand bad manners, running out of cash, too much rain, being stuck in one place too long and most importantly work. I'd really like to retire.

Wanna find out more?

:: Interview with my sister

I've been away for a while so I haven't been paying much attention to the news back home lately. I spent the weekend with my cousin and he told me about this article about my sister that was published in the local newspaper back in Singapore. :: It was the Christmas of 2004

Well it's been a darn long time since my last update to this site. Over a year or so actually. I wasn't sure if I would even get back to putting anything down here. Suffice to say I eventually did, so here I am. It was a good Christmas while it lasted, the same usual routines of having gatherings and attending church mass. It is a time to appreciate the things we have and things we've been blessed with: Family, good friends, a roof over our heads, and of course the computer that we use to get online with. more»

:: CPF Cuts - The Aftermath

Well it's finally here! After hearing about it briefly and having the government play it down shortly afterwards, the CPF cuts are finally in force. So how are we reacting to it? Exactly as expected... Life moves on... more»

:: Too much propaganda here?

Heres something that I first came across over at the Channel News Asia Forums. It was posted by xtrocious, and it is an article published in the South China Morning Post. An interesting story because it contrasts so much what we have been hearing locally about the CPF cut issue. What do you think? Too much propaganda? more»

:: Policy in Singapore - How informed are we?

Singapore has of late been experiencing a downturn in the economy that has affected many foreign and local companies, and even more citizens who have lost their jobs as a result of this. While I do not think that this is a good thing, it is not necessarily unhealthy. Let's first look over the various messages that our government has been putting across recently. I may not have them in exact terms, but should have captured the gist of things at least. more»
